1. Shipping orders

Order is accepted when it has been placed in our web shop and we have received confirmed payment. We will process and usually ship order at the latest on the following business day after the order has accepted. Orders accepted on business days, are shipped usually same day. When order has been shipped, we will send an confirmation email about shipping. Confirmation email will include tracking information, if available in the selected shipping method. We always try to ship as fast as possible. In there is a delay in shipping we will inform customer by email or phone.

We ship most orders from our main European warehouse in Italy. We also stock some products in warehouses in United States. 

Please note. We reserve the right to cancel orders where order shipping address doesn’t match the credit card billing address or shipping address in PayPal.

2. Shipping methods

In United States we ship to the following destinations: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

We currently ship most orders from our European Central Warehouses in Italy. We also ship some items from warehouses in United States. All orders are shipped duty and tax free without any extra costs or fees.

All orders have 100% insurance coverage in case of lost or damaged shipment.

FREE Standard shipping in United States

Standard shipping shipping time is 3 to 7 business days from shipping.
Standard shipping includes real time tracking and shipment progress emails.
Packages are delivered to the customers address.
Tracking information is sent to the customer in the shipping confirmation email.

Standard shipping is free in United States. No minimum order value.

Express shipping in United States

Express International shipping time is 2 to 4 business days from shipping.
Express shipping includes real time tracking and shipment progress emails.
Packages are delivered to the customers address.
Tracking information is sent to the customer in the shipping confirmation email.

For orders over $75 Express shipping is $7.90
For orders under $75 the Express shipping fee is $14.90.

Other destinations

Other destination we ship to are Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Russia, Saudi-Arabia, Singapore, Thailand and United Arab Emirates.

Signature required

All shipments, regardless of shipping method, require receivers signature. If you request your shipment to be left at door, porch, neighbor or any other place where receiving the signature is not possible, the shipment is legally considered received when tracking information shows it delivered. Shipping companies are not authorized to deliver shipments without receivers signature and will require an authorization from you, which they will keep on file.

Returns and refunds

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products and some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven workdays.

Cancellations
You may be able cancel your before it has been shipped. If an order has been shipped, you can't cancel it without returning the order items first (Returns). If the item you want to cancel is personalized, built to order or a special item ordered for your order, you may have limited order cancellation rights and we may refund you only partially. 
If your cancellation request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven workdays.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@lauraslittleboutique.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

It is very important that you pack the item properly and also that you include the return form that came with your order, signed, in the return shipment. Without it we won't be able to refund you order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost incured to us by the  return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
